\n Our commitment to environmental sustainability is aimed at decarbonisation, waste prevention and water saving, as part of a circular strategy that also promotes the optimisation of increasingly sustainable packaging. Recycling<\/h3>\n

\n We promote the recovery of the waste we generate at a rate of 90%, avoiding its deposit in landfill. In addition, we have been the first Spanish food company to value pig intestines to produce heparin. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Carbon footprint <\/h3>\n

\n Since 2017 we have been calculating and certifying our Carbon Footprint. We have the 'I calculate and reduce'<\/strong>, \", of the Spanish Office for Climate Change. In addition, we are adhered to the Project Lean&Green<\/strong><\/a>, with which we have obtained our second star for reducing emissions from our land logistics activity by 30 percent. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

Water<\/h3>\n

\n As part of a territory where water is a scarce resource, we are sensitive in its use and we carry out the purification of all our water, which is used, once treated, for the irrigation of crops. We also have a savings plan aimed at reducing our water footprint. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
