ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN comes up trumps in Germany with a selection of its best products

More than 160,000 people are to pass through the doors of this edition of ANUGA, the most important food fair in Europe.

 

ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN is taking part in the new edition of ANUGA, the most important food fair in Europe, which is taking place at the moment in Cologne and where the company is seducing the public there with a selection of its best products, both processed as well as fresh.

ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN has committed to its range aimed at export with references such as its  sarta, sweet, spicy and extra spicy chorizos, its’ s cured dried sausages (fuets, Fuetec and Iberisan Fuetec), as well as other more innovative products  like the ExtraTiernos sirloin steaks  or the  Iberian cuts of meat  (rack, loin), within the fresh range.

The stand, measuring more than 120m2, is one of the most spectacular in the fair and has various work areas, displays and an area for showcooking where a professional chef is making recipes daily using ELPOZO products. In addition, there is a display of Consorcio hams and a selection of Iberian hams.

It is located in Pavilion 6, a space dedicated solely to meat, which covers the entire food offer relating to meat, sausages, game and poultry.

The company is now present in more than 80 countries and, in the last year, the value of its sales abroad increased by 30 per cent, to 187 million euros. Its objective is to continue increasing its export quota and consolidate itself further in the geographical areas with the most potential.

This is the 34th edition of ANUGA, an event which takes place every two years and brings together an exclusively professional public with representatives from the food sector’s most important entities in the world.  In particular, this year 7,200 exhibitors are participating, coming from 100 countries and they are set to receive visits from 160,000 buyers from all over the world.
