El Pozo Alimentación successfully closes its Improvement Groups with more than 200 innovative ideas

This initiative, now in its 41st edition, actively involves employees in proposals for progress and improvement within the company

El Pozo Alimentación has held the closing ceremony for its annual Improvement Groups meeting, an initiative that encourages employee participation in the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.

In this 41st edition, the various teams have implemented a total of 210 improvement projects. With this initiative, El Pozo Alimentación recognises the commitment of the 305 employees who have formed part of the 37 multidisciplinary teams created.

The Improvement Groups are a fundamental pillar of the company’s corporate culture, which fosters a participatory work environment and allows the talent and creativity of people in different areas of the company to be channelled.

The ideas proposed this year cover areas as diverse as reducing energy consumption, optimising and digitising processes, using more sustainable materials for packaging, and optimising logistics.

In this initiative, it is the employees themselves who study and propose possible improvements with a real impact on processes. The company is committed to promoting these working methods due to the great results obtained throughout its long history.
