Tomás Fuertes ranks among the 50 most reputable leaders in the country
El Pozo-Grupo Fuertes ranks among the 50 companies with the best reputation in Spain, according to the 25th edition of Merco Companies and Leaders, considered the world’s most important corporate reputation monitor. Its president, Tomás Fuertes, has also been selected among the most reputable in the country, ranking 40th, up 23 places from last year.
Merco (Corporate Reputation Business Monitor), carried out by Análisis e Investigación, is verified through an independent review by the consulting firm KPMG, in accordance with the ISAE 3000 standard. Its results are based on a multi-stakeholder and multidimensional methodology, which in this edition was based on 62,410 surveys, 25 sources and 6 perspectives of information, including executives from large companies and SMEs, communications directors and opinion leaders, economic journalists, members of the government, business professors, financial analysts, social media managers, NGOs, trade unions, consumer associations, citizens and workers.
The ranking included an analysis of 200 companies, and the values studied were: financial results, quality of commercial offering, talent, ethics and corporate responsibility, digital presence, international dimension of the company, and innovation.
El Pozo Alimentación, which belongs to the holding company Grupo Fuertes, has managed to reach 42nd place in the overall ranking, after climbing 8 places. Currently, the ELPOZO brand is the most present in households in our country and has been so for ten years without interruption, according to the “Brand Footprint” ranking compiled by the consulting firm Kantar Worldpanel, the largest study of consumer brands based on actual purchases over a year.
The brand is present on all five continents thanks to its focus on offering consumers solutions that are healthy, tasty, easy to prepare and sustainable.
One of its main objectives is to become the favourite brand and food company of its main stakeholders: consumers and customers, employees, suppliers, society in general and investors, both in Spain and abroad.
For its part, Grupo Fuertes bases its business philosophy on constant improvement, reinvestment and sustainable development. The holding company comprises a strong agro-food core and a collection of diversified investments that guarantee its solidity and future.
