The ElPozo Homemade fuet range has just received the ‘Flavour of the Year’ award in Portugal. It was selected by a consumer panel who granted the company exclusive recognition for the taste and quality of its goods.
This range includes their classic and turkey products, prepared from an old family recipe, but using the latest available technologies. They are traditional foods with no colourants, and are filled in a natural casing after a 12-day curing period.
The award was collected by Iván Sacoor, the Key Account Manager of ElPozo Alimentación in Portugal, during a ceremony presented by the famous Portuguese journalist Mónica Jardim, which was held in Lisbon’s Time Out Market.
